TARIFFS

• Our guesthouse is not suitable for children under 12yrs
• Standard rate or low season for 2 adults is from $180.00 per night
• High season rate for 2 adults  from $220.00 per night.
• Extra Adult is $50 per night.
  2 nights min are required for Friday and Saturday night bookings
• Children are charged at adult rates
• Discounted prices may be available for extended or long term accommodation over 7 nights. Please contact us for further details.
• Rates include cooked & continental breakfast each day.
• High season includes Easter long weekends, Public holidays, Xmas Holidays, Leewin Concert.

PLEASE NOTE

Check in is between 2pm and 6pm.                                                                                                                                                                         Check out is 10am                                                                                                                                                                                                        Late arrivals must make arrangements prior to arrival day with owners.                                                                                                                              
A 50% deposit is required when booking to secure your accommodation and we accept Mastercard, Visa, Cash,
Personal cheques are accepted only by prior arrangement.

Incase of the booking being cancelled or amended the following cancellation policy applies.

Accommodation cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival will be charged the full accommodation amount if the room cannot be re-let.

An administration fee of $25.00 will apply to all amendments and cancellations.

Should you leave earlier than expected full payment will still be required.

Bookings made through third party providers are subject to the cancellation policy stated by that service.
